Wishing it was a snow day in Texas? Join us for an afternoon of snowy crafts! We’ll try instant snow, cut classic paper snowflakes, make our own snow globes, and even pause for a (soft) snowball fight!
Dress Up Your Pet Day

In honor of National Dress Up Your Pet Day, let’s see those beautiful pets! During business hours on Wednesday, we’ll have puppucinos and treats for your pets and snap a photo to feature on our social media.
Can’t make it into the office? Email your photos to Megan, and we’ll post the pictures on the 14th so everyone can see the neighborhood pets all dressed up!
Each household that attends or submits a photo will be entered in a gift card raffle.

Keep your home in compliance and be rewarded! Every household in Stonehill that has no outstanding compliance violations on January 27th will be entered to win a $300 Visa gift card.

Assessments Past Due Date
Friday, January 30th, 2026, All Day Event
If payment is not received and processed by the end of business on the 30th of the month they are due (in this case, January 30th), your assessments are considered past due. All accounts that are past due will be assessed a $25.00 late fee with an interest charge.
