New Homeowner Tips
Additions, modifications, and changes to the exterior of your home and property require review and approval by the Architectural Reviewer prior to the work being done or addition being installed. Common projects include shed installation, changes in landscaping, fence replacement or extensions, swimming pool installation, and patio or deck installation. Trash & Recycle Containers
Trash and recycling services are scheduled every Thursday, courtesy of Tiger Sanitation. Bins can be set out starting at 5pm on Wednesday evening. All bins are to be put away by Friday morning, no later than 10:00 a.m. Bins can be stored in the garage or behind the backyard fence, but should not be visible from the street. Plastic storage sheds are not permitted. Development Area Declaration, Section 2.4
 
Lot Maintenance
Owners of each Lot have the duty to keep their Lot in good condition and repair and in a well-maintained, safe, clean, and attractive condition at all times. This includes, but is not limited to the following: lawn mowing and edging; tree and shrub pruning; watering; keeping lawn and garden areas alive, free of weeds, and attractive; keeping planting beds free of turfgrass; repair of exterior damage; and wear and tear to Improvements. Satellite Dishes
Without prior approval, the only permitted locations for a satellite dish or antennae are: A – attached to the back of the principal single –family residence, with no part of the Permitted dish or antennae any higher than the lowest point of the roofline and screened from view of adjacent Lots and the street or B – attached to the side of the principal single-family residence, with no part of the Permitted dish or antennae any higher than the lowest point of the roofline and screened from view of adjacent Lots and the street.(Development Area Declaration, Section 2.10) Simply put, place it on the rear half of the home. If it is in the front, you will be asked to have it moved or you would need to submit an application for review.
 
Basketball Goals
Portable basketball goals may be used in unfenced yards and on private driveways in the Development Area during periods of active play and must be removed from sight when not in use. Permanent basketball goals must be approved by the Stonehill Reviewer prior to installation. Portable and permanent basketball goals and nets attached thereto must be maintained in good condition and repair, and may not be placed in any right-of-way. Please keep the basketball goals inside the garage or behind the fence when not being used. Development Area Declaration, Section 2.24
