Welcome home! Whether this is your first home or your first experience living in a homeowner’s association, we’re excited to have you as part of the Stonehill community. As your Stonehill association management company, CCMC is here to help provide a living experience unlike any you've had before.

Living in an HOA is designed to help protect property values, maintain community standards, and create a clean, welcoming neighborhood for everyone to enjoy.

At Stonehill, the Association works to:
  • Maintain common areas and community amenities.
  • Preserve neighborhood appearance and aesthetics.
  • Support long-term property values.
  • Provide community communication and resources.
  • Review exterior modifications for consistency and safety.
  • Foster a positive neighborhood environment.
Our goal is not just enforcement — it’s partnership, education, and community.

What to Expect Living in an HOA
Living in an HOA means homeowners agree to follow the community's governing documents and standards that help maintain the neighborhood's appearance and quality.

This includes things such as:
  • Lawn and landscaping maintenance
    • Keep your grass mowed, edged, and eliminate weeds
  • Trash container storage guidelines
    • Keep your trash cans in the garage or behind the fence so they are not visible from the street
  • Parking and vehicle restrictions
  • Exterior home modification applications
  • Fence, patio, and structure approvals
  • Pet responsibilities
  • Community amenity rules
These standards are established by the Association’s governing documents and are intended to help maintain a beautiful, cohesive community for all residents.

Architectural Review (ACC)
Before making exterior changes to your home, an Architectural Review application is required.

This may include:
  • Patios
  • Decks
  • Pergolas
  • Sheds
  • Fences
  • Play structures
  • Exterior paint or staining
  • Solar devices
  • Landscaping changes
  • Pools and spas
The review process helps ensure improvements aligning with community standards and governing documents. We’re happy to help guide homeowners through the process and answer questions before projects begin. Learn more and start your ACC application here.
