Community Calendar

All Month! Spread some spooky cheer! Grab a few Halloween goodies and share them with your neighbors. Try to deliver them without being spotted! If you’ve been boo-ed, post a sign on your door and pass on the fun. Download the door signs here.

Tiger Sanitation is providing a bulk pickup day on Saturday, October 3rd. Have bulk trash out by 7am, and be sure to follow the guidelines for pickup. See this flyer for more details.

Join us to celebrate the Grand Opening of our Amenity Center! Enjoy B-Daddy’s BBQ (with a discount for the first 50 households), yard games, a face painter, cotton candy, and a DJ. First responders from the Bexar County Sheriff's Department and Emergency District will also come by for meet-and-greets. Come celebrate our new community space!

Bring a lawn chair and a blanket to enjoy a movie in the Amenity Center green space! Set up and grab a snack starting at 6:30pm and settle in for Hocus Pocus at 7pm! Senor Burro will also be here with their taco food truck for residents to purchase.

People aren’t the only ones enjoying spooky season! Bring your pet (leashed only, please) to enjoy treats and toys on the Community Room porch. If your pet prefers to avoid crowds, feel free to come solo on their behalf - we’ll have a photo booth and human treats to enjoy, too!

Join us for the 2nd annual Golf, Glow, & Gourds party! Glow with glow-in the dark face paint, get a hole in one on the light-up mini-golf course, and paint your very own glowing gourd. We can’t wait to see Stonehill glowing with spooky spirit! Pizza Vagabonda, Southern Freeze Daiquiri, and Gelu Oasi will also be here with their food trucks for resident purchase. Our Golf, Glow, & Gourds party is sponsored by Greenhaven Landscape, our community landscaper.

Keep your home in compliance and be rewarded!

Every household in Stonehill that has no outstanding compliance violations and a zero balance on their account on October 27th will be entered to win a $150 Visa gift card from Frontline Landscape & Lawn Care. (October assessments and any fees or fines must be paid to be eligible!)

Not sure if you have outstanding violations? Check BUURT, or Stone’s Throw News for instructions on how to check your account. You are notified of compliance violations via mail. You can also check your account for compliance violations or fines online through our resident portal, BUURT. Sign in and visit the "Compliance" page, under "My Account" on the right hand side. If you are on your phone, sign in, then scroll down to the "Quick Actions" section and tap Compliance. If you do not have a BUURT account and need help creating one, visit our website for a how-to guide.
