Labor Day Office Closure

The HOA office will be closed on Monday, September 1st, in observance of Labor Day. The office will reopen on Tuesday, September 2nd with normal hours.

Sip & Stroll

Grab a refreshing drink and meet your neighbors for an evening walk! We will have fresh fruit and flavored syrups to dress up your water or soda. Join us anytime after 6pm to grab a drink, and be sure to arrive by 7:15pm if you want to join in on a neighborhood walk at 7:30pm!
Critter Connection

Whether you want to cuddle a bunny or hold a snake, join us for a critter connection you won't forget! Once in a Wild is bringing animals big and small for us to learn about and interact with.
Welcome Sign Crafting
Friday, September 19th, 2025, 7pm to 9pm at 14614 Baylor Bee
Join us at the sales office to create a unique welcome sign for your new home, complete with interchangeable pieces for each new season.
National Good Neighbor Day Raffle
Monday, September 29th, 2025, All Day Event
Let us know how great your neighbors are! In honor of National Good Neighbor Day on September 28th, you can recognize residents who make a positive impact in the community by nominating them as a Good Neighbor. All nominated households will be entered into a raffle to win one of three special prizes on September 29th.
All of our prizes will be sponsored by State Farm Insurance Agent, Hazel Russell.
